Do you charge a room fee to rent the arcade space?

We currently do not charge any room rental fees to book the upstairs arcade or the space in the brewery. To host a party in the arcade you simply need to meet a minimum number of people (25) and a minimum food and beverage package.

How many people can you accommodate in total?

We’ve hosted parties for 25 to 125 guests. For parties with fewer than 25 guests, we will make you a reservation instead of writing an event contract.

How many seats are available for use?

We have seating for 42 in the upstairs arcade. We have 7 tables that seat anywhere from 4-8 people. Included in the 42-seat count are 7 seats at the bar.

» 4 tables are 3 feet in diameter (4 - 6 person)
» 1 table is 4 feet in diameter (8 person)

Can I rent linens, extra tables & chairs?

We refer our clients to Ace the Party Place if you’d like to have more tables, chairs, or linens for an event. They have low-cost options for these rentals and are very friendly and accommodating. They also have a delivery service to bring all equipment directly to our restaurant.

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, we require a $10 per person deposit at the time your contract is signed. For example, an event with 30 guests would require a deposit of $300. This deposit finalizes your reservation of the space, and is applied towards your food and drink costs at the time of the event.

What time can I arrive to set up for an event?

You can arrive up to one hour prior to the event to set up. Additional set-up time can be arranged if needed for an additional charge.

Is the space completely private?

Not exactly… Because we don’t charge a room fee we do not block brewery visitors from enjoying the upstairs. If you would like to have the event completely private for you and your guests, we can do so for an additional charge.
