Urbex photographer Steven Godfrey is a Pennsylvania native. He trained at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and worked in darkrooms and studios throughout the greater Pittsburgh area after school. As a student at the Art Institute he experimented with numerous photographic printing techniques and chemical processes. During this era he began exploring and photographing various derelict and abandoned places in the region. In these empty places he encountered scenes that were forlorn, strange, and beautiful. This became the central theme and focus of his work: seeking out and documenting places lost to time. At the same time, chasing down the history and stories of the place whenever possible so that they might not be forgotten.

I am a self-taught artist who has been working hard to pursue my dreams. This drive has helped me to develop the modern, contemporary style I am known for today. My work is characterized by unique style that is as eclectic as it is modern. Self-taught abstract artist, I am passionate about exploring the boundaries of color, form, and texture. My work is a reflection of my innermost thoughts and emotions, expressed through bold strokes and daring compositions. As an artist, I am constantly exploring new ways to express myself and connect with others through my work. I am inspired by the beauty and complexity of the world around me, as well as the inner workings of the human mind and spirit. My paintings are a reflection of this ongoing journey of self-discovery, and I hope that they inspire others to explore their own inner worlds in new and creative ways.

As a lettercarrier, I made short films, took photos and wrote songs. When I retired, I also started making art, then more art, and before I knew it, I made a lot of art. I love the idea of New York City in the 1970s. I also love my wife.

I am an artist local to Lancaster. I grew up in Berks County, in Lincoln Park and attended Wilson High School, from which I graduated in 2009. In 2013 I graduated from Pennsylvania College of Art and Design, and have since then created a body of work typically involving ink, watercolor, acrylic, or colored pencil, usually as a mix. My focus is plant and animal combinations, usually creating hybrids in mixed media paintings, occasionally making my own twists on creatures from mythology and urban legends, such as my chosen work featuring a famous cryptid by the name of Fresno Nightcrawler.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. Here, I worked as a bartender and waitress at an on-campus restaurant called Fuel and Fuddle that introduced me to the world of craft beer, along with Spring House Brewery. While studying architecture, I fell in love with graphic design and lived with a fellow artist, who pushed me to become better and encouraged me to practice. Currently, I work for a civil engineering firm just outside the city of Pittsburgh, where I am learning and practicing design.

Born and raised in Lancaster, PA, Keisha's work explores the journey of evolution as not only an artist but as a woman of color. Interpreting her personal experiences and observations, nurturing and visualizing her determination and resilience through touch and a strong vibrant color palette. She has been featured in many local magazines; BLK Voices, Susquehanna Style, and Fine Living to name a few. Keisha has been awarded artist of the year Lancaster County Magazine (2021), Susquehanna Style’s Women of Strength Nominee (2020), Lancaster Equity Fund grant recipient (2021); allowing her to curate Lancaster’s first BIPOC Gallery Row Exhibition during Spring ArtWalk 2023, YWCA Black Artist Waystation (2023). My earliest memories involve drawing and an almost single-minded fascination with cars. I spent an inordinate amount of time studying Mad magazine, Edward Gorey and B. Kliban in particular, and in the 90's did some cartooning for the El Hispano newspaper, the zine QECE, and a small backup feature with my brother, author Sean Develin, called "Jupiter Anschluss", which appeared in Bryan J.L. Glass's Spandex Tights comic book series. I play guitar and bass and also enjoy writing, though I've only released one short story to date, If It’s Tuesday, This Must Be Wednesday. In my spare time, I enjoy summarizing the works of Marcel Proust.

My name is Matthew Grannells. I am an artist and an elementary school art teacher. I first moved to Lancaster County to attend Millersville University. I have since graduated with my BA, BFA, BSE and my Master’s Art Education. I now live in Lancaster city with my two amazing daughters. Ever since childhood, I have always loved to play, explore and create, which my artwork still reflects. Inspiration comes from playing and experimenting with different materials such as found and recycled materials, as well as exploring new mediums and techniques. I love to create my own characters and creatures along with places for them to dwell. I really hope that the happiness and fun that I feel when creating art excites and inspires everyone that sees it.

Hey, I’m Parker. I also respond to Park Star, One, Doug, Yo Dude, Monica, BraJ and dad (to one cool little bugger). I am not a cowboy, but I am here. During the summertime, you can often find me along the banks of the Susquehanna River, where I paint, sail, wash my feet and rest my head. If you ever catch me doubled parked on the streets of Lancaster, you can call me a Triple Parker. Now you know!
